Art Show Rules & Information

Here is where you can download a copy of the
entry form for the
Aurora Colony Days Art Show & Sale.  Our show is open to all artists & all media. 

Best of Show & People’s Choice Award will be given in addition to place awards in each division and category.

Sunday, August 15, 10 am to 5 pm
Art work release (Please bring your receipt)……Sunday, August 15, 5 pm to 6 pm

(Committee not responsible for items not picked up)

Rules for the non-juried show:

  • Qualified judge(s) will award ribbons and prizes according to number of entries.

  • Registration fee: per piece entered, $6.50 adult, N/C student 12 and under.

  • Enter as many works as you wish.

  • Art work must be for sale. Sold items must be left for duration of show.

  • A 25% commission will be taken on sales (no exceptions).

  • Entries must be dry, framed, matted or mounted (youth works need only be matted) and provided with wires or hangers.

  • All art work must be labeled on the back with the name, address and telephone number of artist.

Special care will be taken to protect your work. Night police security will be in effect.  All art work must be picked up Sunday, August 15, from 5 pm to 6 pm
